Modelling Novel EM Devices, Derby, 22nd May 2013
The main emphasis of the day will be presentations from finite element software vendors to demonstrate how their software has been enhanced over the past 2 years to better simulate novel devices. This may be through examples of novel devices for which their software has been used, or the introduction of new techniques that extend the range of applications. The meeting is aimed at those with an interest in software design tools, but no technical knowledge of the software techniques is required. There will also be an exhibition of simulation software alongside the seminar, with plenty of time allocated to talking to the individual companies present.
